Every regular game we host has one thing in common: one person who books, one place where the plan lives, and a simple rule for who pays. Here is what works.
Pick a fixed slot and book it early
Prime-time evenings go first. Book as soon as the next week opens, since the calendar shows two weeks ahead. Thursday nights and Friday afternoons after Jumu’ah are the most popular, so have a second choice ready. Want the same hour every week for a season? Ask the front desk.
Make it easy to say yes
- Post the booking confirmation in the group as soon as it arrives.
- Ask for a simple “in” or “out” by a deadline, two days before.
- Keep a short list of reserves for last-minute drop-outs.
Split the cost fairly
A Prime-time hour on the 7-a-side turf costs ৳4,500. Split between 14 players, that is about ৳320 each. Collect by bKash before the game, so the organiser isn’t left paying for no-shows.
Plan for the weather
Light rain doesn’t stop play on our turf. If a storm closes the field, we move or refund your booking. During the monsoon, many groups switch to the Indoor Arena for futsal.
